Student Assignments Located In Aspen or Canvas

Good Morning Parents and Students,

We hope you are doing well during this health crisis that has affected our nation and global communities. The purpose of this email is to provide clarity regarding a text message you may have received this morning from DC Public Schools about student work packets.

School Without Walls students are able to access teacher assignments in Aspen or Canvas. Please review the access information we are providing to families and students to obtain student assignments.

I have also attached a March 16, 2020 letter emailed to SWWHS parents and students with important dates, and information about student assignments. Please read and review the letter to ensure you are up-to-date about DCPS news and SWW expectations for student work.

Teachers should be emailing their classes with information about their assignments in the coming days. Starting March 24th – March 31st, teachers will hold “office hours” where they will be available to answer emails. Please encourage your student to reach out to his/her teacher for more information. Teacher office hours are 10:00am – 2:00pm.
