On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Mayor Bowser, Chancellor Ferebee, Councilmember Brooke Pinto, The State Board of Education, OSSE, and other education leaders recognized School Without Walls as the #1 school in the District of Columbia and celebrated our national ranking of #69 by U.S. News & World Report.
