New Online Registration for Parent-Teacher Conference

 Due to the limited appointment slots available, 36 ten-minute appointments per teacher, we encourage conferences for those with D’s or F’s in classes to schedule appointments. Sign-ups will begin two weeks prior to parent-teacher conferences at midnight, January 23rd and close February 3rd at noon. Walk-ins will be available from Noon-2pm on a first come first serve basis.

Counselors will be calling families of students, who do not have email address on file, to make appointments. Parents/Guardians can also make appointments using the computer in the School Without Walls lobby.

Complete registration instructions are provided below:

Step 1: From the links below, select the department of the desired teacher (humanities, social studies, world languages, math, science, physical education, or the arts).


Step 2:
Select teacher and time click ‘Make Appointment’
Step 3: Complete the appropriate fields *please make sure the ‘Undo Code’ is filled in, this is the only way to cancel appointments*
Step 4: Click ‘Complete Appointment Sign up’

Repeat as necessary for all teachers

To cancel appointment: Click ‘Undo’ and type in ‘Undo Code,’ click ‘Please free up this timeslot’

We believe the online registration will streamline the parent-teacher conferences scheduling process. If you have any concerns or questions please contact your student’s counselor.
