Meredith Lombardi joined School Without Walls in 2010 and worked with the graduating Classes of 2011 and 2012. Each graduating class since the Class of 2011 has brought in over $7.5 million in scholarship money with students accepted at more than 400 colleges across the country and abroad.

Ms. Lombardi received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University and her Master of Education from the University of Maryland, College Park, where the focus of the program was on promoting growth and development for students in urban educational settings. Ms. Lombardi has experience with several school systems in the DC area and has worked with students in DCPS as well as students in Montgomery County Public Schools and Prince George’s County Public Schools.

Prior to School Without Walls, Ms. Lombardi was a high school counselor in Atlanta, GA where she oversaw senior class guidance activities. The counseling program at Ms. Lombardi’s last school received the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) award from the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), a designation earned by only 500 schools nationwide since the RAMP program’s inception. The RAMP designation recognizes schools that align with the criteria set in the ASCA National Model that are committed to delivering a comprehensive, data-driven school counseling program and an exemplary educational environment.
