Dr. Goddard, who teaches physical education and health at Walls, has been an educator for over 40 years, including more than 11 years in secondary education and close to 30 years in post-secondary education. He has served as instructor/administrator at the college level, for both community colleges and four-year colleges. His experience also includes time as president at campuses in the for profit industry.

Dr. Goddard’s college education began at Indiana University, where he swam competitively and received his B.S. in Health, Physical Education and Recreation in 1972, as well as his M.S. in Physical Education in 1975. In 1994 he received his Ph.D. in College and University Administration from Michigan State University.  During his career he has coached swimming, diving, softball, baseball, and volleyball.
